The White Russian is a popular vodka based drink that is perfect for many occasions, whether that be as an afternoon pick-me-up or an after dinner tipple. It mixes the best parts of boozy, bitter and sweet which flawlessly matches the clean and smooth notes of the award winning Aval Dor Cornish Potato Vodka from Colwith Farm Distillery.

This cocktail has a difficulty rating of 2/10 as there are only three ingredients and its made using a simple shake and strain.

We served the White Russian in a rocks glass over ice. The vodka and coffee liqueur blend to give a rich brown colour. When the cream is poured over, it disperses into the glass to give beautiful patterns. This is then stirred together.
