A boozy, bitter and sweet cocktail featuring Aval Dor Cornish Potato Vodka from Colwith Farm Distillery. Difficulty 2/10

- Jigger
- Hawthorne Strainer
- Fine Strainer
- Bar Spoon
- Glassware: Rocks Glass
Ingredients
- 2 oz Aval Dor Cornish Potato Vodka
- 1 oz Coffee Liqueur we used Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
- 1 oz Single Cream
Instructions
- Add ice into your rocks glass to chill the glass.
- Add your vodka and coffee liqueur into a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake for 10-15 seconds.
- Fine strain into your rocks glass.
- Pour your single cream into the glass and give the drink a stir.
- Enjoy your drink.
