This deliciously sweet and silky cocktail is known as the Libertine. It gorgeously blends the sweet citrus of fresh lemon juice and orange marmalade with the herbal notes of rosemary syrup. This pairs well with the orange and maple egg white foam on top of the cocktail and the delicious vanilla and bittersweet orange flavours of the 4 Year Old Tennessee Bourbon from American Eagle. Overall, the Libertine has a multitude of flavours in every sip.

The Libertine has a difficulty rating of 6/10 as there are quite a few processes involved, which includes making rosemary simple syrup. There are a lot of ingredients involved, and two shakes, one for the liquid component of the drink and the other for the foam.

This cocktail is served in a snifter/brandy balloon glass. It has a fresh yellow colour topped with light airy foam. We garnished the Libertine with a sprig of fresh rosemary to highlight the herbal notes, and added a 100% organic wheat straw from Straw the Line.

We already have a classic Old Fashioned using American Eagle 4 Year Old Tennessee Bourbon on the Tipsy with Tyreek blog, so be sure to check it out! We will also be releasing another cocktail fairly soon too.
