The Mayor of Warwick is a refreshing gin-based cocktail featuring a unique West African inspired mixer, Ikoyi Chapmans. The drink gets its name from the founding location of its creation, Warwickshire, UK. From the incredible colourful hue you get out of the drink, to of course the tasty pairing, The Mayor of Warwick is perfect for a hot sunny day!
This cocktail is a great alternative to the classic G&T, especially for those who prefer a sweeter cocktail than dry. The Mayor of Warwick has a difficulty of 3/10 and so is a great cocktail to make if you’re starting your cocktail journey.
There is an explosive burst of flavour every time you take a sip of The Mayor of Warwick. There are many big flavours present in this cocktail; the deep botanical flavours coming through the gin, the citrus notes lent by the lime and sparkling bittersweet hints from Ikoyi Chapmans.
We also feature The Guy of Warwick, another Ikoyi Chapmans based cocktail.
Ikoyi Chapmans is a wildly refreshing sparkling beverage which can be enjoyed on its own or paired with a variety of premium spirits. See our full review of Ikoyi Chapmans here.
