The Negroni is an Italian classic made using gin, however, this cocktail uses the award-winning VIVIR Tequila Blanco instead of gin, hence the name Tequila Negroni. This cocktail is a beautiful balance of herbal, bitter and sweet notes. VIVIR Tequila Blanco brings a clean and zesty taste that pairs well with the additional elements of this well established drink.

The Tequila Negroni has a difficulty score of 2/10 as it only uses three core ingredients and is built in the glass.

The Starlino Arancione Tonic is a delightfully bitter cocktail using, you guessed it, Starlino Arancione Aperitivo Vermouth and tonic water. The Arancione Vermouth is a gorgeous blend of Italian orange peel, lemon peel and various botanicals, including wormwood, elder-flower and cloves. When paired with tonic water, the bitterness of both harmonise together, whilst its simplicity fully displays all flavours of the vermouth.

Similar to our other Starlino Arancione cocktail, this cocktail has a difficulty rating of 1/10. All you have to do is measure both ingredients into a glass with ice and add a garnish!

Prepare yourself for a fun and refreshing cocktail – the Teeling Mai Tai! The drink originates in 1944, when Trader Vic. blended a new cocktail for his friends. Upon having the first sip, one of his friends said “Mai Tai-Roa Aé” which translates to “Out of this world – the best” in Tahitian. Hence, the drink was named the Mai Tai.

The Teeling Mai Tai difficulty rating was 4/10. Although the making of the drink is relatively simple, achieving a garnish similar to our example is quite challenging.

The Paloma is a fresh cocktail featuring the award winning VIVIR Tequila Blanco! This delightful cocktail is perfect for a hot summer day. By blending fresh lime juice and pink grapefruit juice it gives an energizing experience, with the sweetness of agave nectar used to control the bitterness of the grapefruit juice. Agave nectar is often used in cocktails as a natural sweetener. It harmonises perfectly with the tequila, as both are agave based products.

For us, the Paloma has a difficulty rating of 4/10. Whilst only having a handful of ingredients and a straightforward process, the agave nectar may be difficult for some to source. You may want to substitute the agave nectar for honey or simple syrup.

For a light and refreshing Aperitivo, we bring you the Starlino Arancione Spritz! This cocktail features Starlino Arancione Aperitivo vermouth, which is beautifully blended with Italian orange peel, lemon peel and various other herbs & spices. This, paired with prosecco and soda water, provides a delicate and vibrant drink with notes of apple, pear, coriander and cloves. All in all, the Starlino Arancione Spritz is a light and earthy cocktail, perfect for a summer’s day!

This Starlino Arancione Spritz has a difficulty rating of 1/10. The Starlino Arancione Aperitivo, prosecco and soda water should be stored chilled, so all you have to do is pour it all into a glass together!
