The Starlino Arancione Tonic is a delightfully bitter cocktail using, you guessed it, Starlino Arancione Aperitivo Vermouth and tonic water. The Arancione Vermouth is a gorgeous blend of Italian orange peel, lemon peel and various botanicals, including wormwood, elder-flower and cloves. When paired with tonic water, the bitterness of both harmonise together, whilst its simplicity fully displays all flavours of the vermouth.
Similar to our other Starlino Arancione cocktail, this cocktail has a difficulty rating of 1/10. All you have to do is measure both ingredients into a glass with ice and add a garnish!
We served this cocktail in a highball with plenty of ice to maximise the refreshment level, so it really is perfect for sipping on a sunny day! By pouring the Starlino Arancione Vermouth first and then the tonic water on top, it creates a gradient effect which can be swirled together to make a delicate orange hue.
Check out our other cocktail which features Starlino Arancione Aperitivo Vermouth. For a refreshing cocktail that uses prosecco, why not try the Starlino Arancione Spritz? We will also be featuring a review of the Starlino Arancione Aperitivo.
