  • Hawthorne Strainer
  • Glassware: Coupe

Ingredients
  

Drink

  • 2 oz Grand Brulot Cognac
  • 1 oz Espresso Coffee
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup

Garnish

  • 3 Coffee Beans

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into the cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Shake for 10-15 seconds.
  • Strain into the coupe glass using a hawthorne strainer and allow the foam and liquid to separate.
  • Place three coffee beans onto the foam.
  • Enjoy your drink.
