Teeling Mint Julep
A refreshing cocktail featuring Teeling Whiskey Small Batch alongside mint leaves and sugar syrup. Difficulty 2/10

- 65 ml Teeling Whiskey Small Batch
- 12.5 ml 2:1 Sugar Syrup
- 10 Mint Leaves
Garnish
- 1 Mint Sprig
Instructions
- Fill your julep tin with crushed ice to chill it.
- Add the Teeling Whiskey Small Batch, sugar syrup and mint leaves into a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake for 10-15 seconds. Make sure to not shake too aggressively to avoid splitting the mint.
- Strain into your julep tin using the Hawthorne strainer and fine strainer.
- Garnish with a mint sprig.
- Enjoy your drink.
