A classic cocktail that perfectly balances sweet with sour. Featuring Teeling Small Batch Whiskey alongside lemon juice, simple syrup, egg white and a dash of Angostura bitters. Recipe inspired by Steve the Bartender. Difficulty: 6/10

- 60 ml Teeling Small Batch Whiskey
- 22.5 ml Lemon Juice
- 22.5 ml 1:1 Simple Syrup
- 15 ml Egg White
- 1 Spray of Angostura Bitters
Garnish
- 1 Orange Slice
- 1 Maraschino Cherry
Add ice into your rock glass to chill the glass
Add the egg white and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker without ice.
Shake for 60 seconds.
Add the whiskey and simple syrup into the cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake for 10 seconds
Double strain into your rocks glass.
Allow the egg to separate and add a dash of Angostura Bitters on top.
Garnish with a slice of orange and a skewered maraschino cherry.
