A refreshing cocktail which pairs Ikoyi Chapmans with Spiced Rum and lemon juice. Difficulty: 2/10

- Cocktail Shaker
- Strainer
- Jigger/Measuring Cup
- Mixing Spoon
- Paring Knife
- Small Cutting Board
- Glassware: Highball
Ingredients
Drink
- 2 oz Spiced Rum
- 1/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/4 Bottle Ikoyi Chapmans Original use to top up
Garnish
- 1 Lime Wheel
Instructions
- Fill your highball glass with ice to chill the glass.
- Add your spiced rum and lemon juice into your cocktail shaker with ice.
- Put the lid on the cocktail shaker securely and shake for 10-15 seconds.
- Strain into your highball over the ice, filling it just over halfway.
- Top your glass up with Ikoyi Chapmans Original.
- Garnish with your lime wheel.
- Enjoy your cocktail.
