Equipment

  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Strainer
  • Jigger/Measuring Cup
  • Mixing Spoon
  • Paring Knife
  • Small Cutting Board
  • Glassware: Highball

Ingredients
  

Drink

  • 2 oz Portobello Road Gin or your favourite alternative.
  • 1/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 dash Blackcurrant Cordial
  • 1/4 bottle Ikoyi Chapmans Original use to top up.

Garnish

  • 1 Lime Wedge
  • 1 Basil Sprig

Instructions
 

  • Fill your highball with ice to chill the glass.
  • Add your Portobello Road Gin, lime juice and blackcurrant cordial into your cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Shake for 10-15 seconds.
  • Strain into your large wine glass over the ice, filling just over half way.
  • Top your glass up with Ikoyi Chapmans Original.
  • Garnish with your lime wedge and sprig of basil.
  • Enjoy your cocktail.
